Covering Brian Bond was one of the most amazing, fascinating, and eye popping stories I have ever done. I knew about body art before but never experienced it to the extent that Brian and his staff go until meeting with them. We saw examples of his extraordinary work in a pinup calendar for soldiers and knew right then it would make for the perfect story. Turns out his work was one of the most talked about assignments we did for our station in months. We thought it was so impressive we actually submitted the story for an Emmy Award.
